Service-Specific Supplements
The following supplements apply only when using the relevant service. Where they conflict with the common Terms, the supplements shall prevail.
Supplement A: YT Summary
A.1 Service Description
YT Summary is a service that summarizes text (such as captions) provided by the user using AI, available as a web app (daki.app/yt-summary) and Chrome Extension (mobile apps are planned for future release). The service includes the following features:
- Text summarization using various AI models (Gemini, GPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Grok, etc.)
- Five or more summary modes plus custom modes
- Support for 55 languages
- AI follow-up chat, summary history, cross-device synchronization
A.1.1 Data Flow and Role of the Company
The data processing flow of YT Summary is as follows:
- User-provided captions: While the user views a YouTube video, the user's browser or client device receives the caption data of that video. The user, of their own volition, transmits the caption text to the Company's servers and requests AI summarization.
- AI summarization processing: The Company forwards the text submitted by the user to third-party AI services to generate a summary, which is then returned to the user.
- Limited role of the Company: The Company performs only AI text processing (summarization, chat, etc.) at the user's request. The Company does not automatically collect (scrape, crawl) content from YouTube or other third-party platforms.
By using the Services, you confirm that you have the right to access the content for which you request AI summarization and consent to submitting that content to the Company for AI processing.
A.2 AI Disclaimer
A.2.1 Understanding the Nature of AI
You acknowledge and agree that the Services utilize artificial intelligence (AI) systems based on probabilistic models, which may produce errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or misunderstandings.

With respect to AI-generated outputs ("Summaries", "Output"), you bear the following responsibilities:
- To independently review and verify all Output
- To exercise personal judgment before relying on any Output
- For any decision, action, or omission based on Output
A.2.3 Inherent Limitations of AI
AI systems may have the following limitations:
- Factual errors or generation of inaccurate information (hallucination)
- Inaccurate interpretation of nuance, cultural context, slang, or emotion
- Repetitive or biased outputs
- Outdated information (limitations of training data cutoff)
A.2.4 Third-Party AI Services
The Company utilizes third-party AI platforms and models ("AI Services"). You agree that your content may be shared with these third parties. The Company makes no warranty as to the availability, accuracy, security, or operation of third-party AI Services and bears no responsibility for any decision made based on AI Services.
